At Little Flower School, student life extends beyond the classroom. Through service, athletics, clubs, faith-based activities, and special traditions, students have opportunities to build friendships, explore their interests, and grow socially, spiritually, and emotionally.
Students participate in service opportunities with organizations such as the San Antonio Food Bank and Little Flower Basilica’s local St. Vincent de Paul food pantry, helping them learn the importance of compassion, generosity, and serving others.
Community Service
Little Flower School participates in Archdiocesan Interscholastic Athletic League (AIAL) and CYO programs, giving students opportunities to compete, build teamwork skills, and represent their school community through basketball, volleyball, baseball, track, and softball.
Sports & Athletics
Students take part in meaningful activities and traditions throughout their time at Little Flower. PreK3 and PreK4 students participate in the Miss Tristan Foundation swimming program, while 8th grade students celebrate the completion of their time at LFS with a Mo Ranch retreat.
Special Activities
Chess Club
Students learn chess strategy, strengthen critical thinking skills, and may have opportunities to participate in competitions.
Through student-led podcasting, students engage with technology, practice communication skills, and share their ideas, experiences, and school spirit in a creative format.

Altar Servers & Lectors
Students have opportunities to participate in the faith life of the school and parish community by serving as altar servers and lectors.
Lego® Club
Students use creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on building to explore new ideas and collaborate with classmates.
Arts & Crafts Club
Students express their creativity through art projects and hands-on activities in a fun, supportive setting.
Eagle Pride Rules
Little Flower students are encouraged to live out the school’s Eagle Pride Rules each day, helping create a respectful, prepared, and caring school community.
